Not to say anything against a conventional start to the day. But here at Café Centrale you can indulge in delicacies from international breakfast cuisine early in the morning – as an extra service, which is already included in the price of our wonderful Kaiserhof breakfast buffet. How about mini pancakes with bananas, blueberries and maple syrup or rather with egg specialities like Eggs Benedict, Eggs Salmon, avocado with wholemeal toast and olive oil-lime dressing or simply your own favourite omelette? We want you to enjoy it!
Every night, our in-house bakery and dessert shop work on fine treats for the palate that fill the rooms with their wonderful aroma from 6:30 a.m. onwards. They invite you to enjoy one of the most wonderful breakfasts in Hanover. Our master chef creates wonders that include delicious cakes, crispy rolls, wafer-thin croissants, hearty pretzels, golden-brown fried brioches, the fluffiest pancakes and all kinds of other delicacies under our roof. But they are only a small part of the lush Kaiserhof gourmet breakfast buffet at Café Centrale.
In addition to a large selection of homemade jams, honey and fresh barrel butter, dairy products such as curd cheese, natural and fruit yoghurts and homemade Bircher muesli are offered. You will also find a selection of cereals, nuts, herbs and fresh fruits, as well as our special “Organic Corner”. Discover our hearty salads, delicious meat and sausage specialities, fresh fish delicacies such as homemade salmon, but also the richly stocked cheese platter and much more. The beverage selection, which is included in the price, includes water, fresh juices and hot drinks of your choice. Our in-house Kaiserhof coffee and Ronnefeld’s extensive tea selection round off your perfect start to the day.
Kaiser delicacies à la carte – your top-class breakfast experience Our guests also get their money’s worth with a wonderful à la carte selection of classics, Healthy Starts and international breakfast highlights. The classic delicacies include Salmon Benedict with smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce and fresh chives, but also French toast baked golden-brown with apple sauce, maple syrup and berries. We aim at delighting health-conscious gourmets with our Healthy Starts which come with acai and granola bowls, fresh fruit and berries, salmon on farmhouse bread with avocado salsa, poached eggs or a salad of white beans, aubergines, parsley and seed oil. For two guests, the Kaiserhof breakfast étagère offers a selection of sausages and cheese, smoked salmon, boiled eggs, muesli, orange juice, yoghurt, homemade jams and a bread basket. Hot drinks and two glasses of prosecco are included.

With our exclusive Kaiserhof brunch at Café Centrale we bring the land of milk and honey to Hanover, accompanied by gentle live piano music. Let yourself be surprised by a diverse abundance of delicacies from the land, the sea and the surrounding gardens of Lower Saxony as well as specialities from all around the world.
Look forward to a wonderfully composed selection of warm and cold brunch classics. Enjoy our sausage, meat and fresh fish delicacies. Let yourself be spoiled by our egg specialities, whether fried, poached, scrambled or as omelettes. Taste the delicious salads with prawns, herring, poultry or tender meat. Enjoy our healthy highlights such as acai or granola bowls with almond milk, grated coconut and fresh blueberries. And don’t forget our favourite seasonal and regional dishes, which alternate throughout the year, such as kale or asparagus with and without meat products. Much of what we offer is also suitable for vegetarian gourmets.
From our confectionery, the master patissiers send fragrant rolls, warm brioche, airy croissants and everything your heart desires. You will be seduced by wonderful cakes and pies, cupcakes and promising desserts such as tiramisu, crème brûlé, strawberry mousse and many more. Not to mention the Candy Bar, which is just as essential as the chocolate fountain. A glass of prosecco awaits you as a welcome drink. Water, fresh juices and hot drinks are included in the price. This also includes our own Kaiserhofkaffee coffee blend and a selection of wonderful teas from Ronnefeld.
